All engines shipped are non returnable / refundable once opened. If returned for a reason unexpected, there is a 20% restocking fee. If an issue is suspected, please contact us immediately and send any pictures / videos of suspected issue. 

If an engine service is provided to a local customer (not utilizing shipping services), engine must be picked up no later than 14 days after completion unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Storage fees will apply after this. 

Deposits are required before beginning any  job upon drop off. Amount varies depending on service being provided. Balance(s) must be paid in full upon pickup. No Exceptions.
